About Me
I believe that creating a supportive therapy environment for individuals, couples, and families can be truly transformational and that we can all benefit from learning tools to help navigate life's obstacles. My therapy interests include coercive control recovery, post separation treatment and trauma recovery.
Education & Experience
I completed my Master's in Social Work at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign after graduating with my Bachelor's of Science at Millikin University. I am trained in EMDR therapy and am at Gottman Therapy level 2 education for couples.
