About Me
I am an EMDR nerd, love-and-bonding specialist, & empath/helper. I work with humans who feel a lot (hi, same) and want more connection, less chaos, and maybe fewer emotional plot twists before bed. I help couples make sense of big feelings and stop relationship spirals in their tracks — all through the magic of EFT (and a little humor). I also work with people to release what their bodies have been carrying for too long — together, we turn down the volume on old wounds using EMDR. Therapist by day; mama, kitchen experimenter, and vinyl vibe curator by night. I cook with love, listen in analog, and always stop to pet the dog. I have a a passion for helping individuals who have experienced PTSD or attachment-related trauma. I deeply believe in the power of relational healing and I care about therapy outcomes. I am currently pursuing R-EMDR certification with the Center for Excellence in EMDR.
