About Me
I own a small private practice in Ozark, MO where I enjoy individual and couples counseling and host a weekly process group for women with a history of childhood abuse. My husband and I also teach classes in mindfulness and applied metaphysics in person and online, and lead self-transformation retreats in Branson, MO about 4-6 times per year.
