About Me
Overwhelmed by Anxiety? You’re Not Alone. Your anxiety is through the roof. You wake up every morning with a pit in your stomach—what used to feel like butterflies now feels more like moths. The overwhelm starts the moment your feet hit the floor. There’s too much to do, and you don’t even know where to start. You try to hold it together, but by 8:00 a.m., you’ve already snapped. No one listens. Your to-do list keeps growing. Even the dog looks at you like, Where’s my food? At work, you slip into your office, take a deep breath, and try to center yourself. You’ve got this, you tell yourself. But then the minutes slip away. Thirty minutes pass. Then an hour. And suddenly, you’re behind—again. The shame creeps in. Why can’t I get it together? You sit in meetings, frozen. Everyone else seems so smart, so confident, so full of ideas. And you? You just agree and go along, hoping no one notices you. You keep your head down, wondering why your best is never good enough. When you finally slow down, the anxiety and sadness come rushing in. Tears well up. Your face flushes. Your chest tightens. Your thoughts race: I’ll never get this right. I’ll never be enough. My life has always been chaos—will it ever get better? You want peace. You want relief. But you have no idea how to get there. There is a Way Forward—And You Don’t Have to Do It Alone I know how overwhelming anxiety can feel. But you don’t have to stay stuck in this cycle.
