About Me
My specialty is working with individuals struggling with abuse and trauma. I help people recover from depression and anxiety so that they feel better and live happy, productive lives. I believe that people are exceptionally capable of transformation, and a person can recover from any ailment they are suffering from. My practice is also informed by a belief that there is profound courage in vulnerability and reaching out for help. I provide a safe non judgmental environment that fosters personal growth and recovery so that you can live a more happy and fulling life and reach your goals.
Education & Experience
I discovered my love for the field of mental health care 30 years ago. I have since practiced in a variety of settings to provide outpatient therapy and crisis management to individuals of all ages and from all different walks of life. Along the way, I earned my B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and my Master’s from Pepperdine University.
