About Me

I am the founder and director of Heritage Counseling Center in Lafayette, LA. My goal is helping people find holistic balance emotionally, relationally, spiritually, and physically. I use my personal and professional experience to help those struggling with the painful impact of compulsive sexual behavior, sex addiction, pornography addiction, infidelity, and the trauma these leave their wake. I am deeply passionate about helping veterans heal from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and the unwanted patterns that come from it. Alongside working with military populations, I also enjoy working with people and helping them heal the wounds of childhood/adult attachment trauma and complex PTSD. I am also seminary trained and incorporate spiritual principles into the treatment of those who are interested in doing so. I specialize in providing multi-day intensives that are targeted at helping people who struggle with sex addiction and porn addiction, with the goal of helping them understand the who, what, when, where, why, and how of their addiction or unwanted behaviors. Intensives work with the final goal being able to heal and overcome one’s trauma and/or addiction while also repairing the relationships that were affected. In my down time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our three dogs. I also enjoy being outdoors, cooking, playing music, and motorsports.
