About Me

My treatment goal is to join you wherever you are on your life journey, guiding you towards healing and discovering the meaning and purpose in your life, helping you to find joy and celebrate your life. About Me I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, (CCTP) with years of experience supporting adolescents (age 16+) and adults navigating trauma, anger, anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, and grief. Our work together begins exactly where you are — in a calm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space designed to foster safety, trust, connection, and healing. In this environment, you are seen, heard, and accepted. I believe deeply in the resilience of the human spirit. Like the lotus flower that blooms from muddy waters, you, too, can rise toward light, healing, and transformation. Our work will empower you to tap into your inner strengths and past triumphs to help you heal and grow. My Approach Using a strength-based, relational foundation, I create personalized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs. - Together, we’ll go beyond basic breathing techniques — equipping you with meaningful, lasting coping strategies to help you manage distress, regulate your emotions, and feel more confident in your ability to face life’s challenges. Tools for Healing You will learn Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT-tapping) to calm your body, regulate emotions, and soothe your soul. Through compassionate, direct, and authentic care — and when appropriate, gentle confrontation and accountability — you will develop insight, gain confidence, and move through obstacles that once felt overwhelming. To ensure our work remains effective, I use quantitative assessments every 6 weeks to track treatment progress and highlight your success. Are You Ready? If you are motivated for treatment and ready to do the work — I’m your therapist. Let’s begin your journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth.
