Douglas Cyr is a Senior Counselor with the San Francisco Health Service System Employee Assistance Program. He is an ICISF Approved Instructor and long-time instructor for the San Francisco Police Department Crisis Intervention Team and the California Highway Patrol First Line Supervisors Academy and Employee Health and Wellness Division. Since 2009, he has maintained a law enforcement-exclusive practice, providing CISM services for local, county, state, and federal agencies throughout northern Arizona, California, and Florida.
