Dr. Easter Yassa, PhD, Registered Psychologist

About Me

Education & Experience

I am a Registered Psychologist (#3932) in Alberta with over 20 years of counselling experience and over a decade of post-graduate psychology focused training. I offer counselling services to adults (18+) and seniors, both individually and in couples. In my practice I am committed to providing a caring, compassionate and non-judgemental space for you to explore what’s troubling you and work towards your goals. Currently, I am accepting new clients. I have a Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology from the University of Alberta, which is one of only four such programs across Canada accredited by the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA). This program is committed to enhanced training and expertise in psychotherapy. I have also completed additional training in Compassion Fatigue with the Traumatology Institute in Toronto, ON. I have advanced training in working with healthcare providers, those struggling with anxiety, and partners of individuals with sexual addictions.
