We are all influenced by our past experiences and relationships, which affect our perceptions and expectations of not only ourselves, but of the world around us. While our past experiences impact how we react to things, we can gain insight on how to make changes for ourselves. I work with adults of all ages dealing with challenges of relationships, life transitions, family dynamics, trauma, and self-esteem.
