About Me
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker that offers an embodied, trauma informed approach for reconnecting to your innate capacity to heal. I believe symptoms are invitations signaling opportunities for growth. Expressed as chronic pain, anxiety or triggers, these unwelcome experiences show us where to begin the work of bringing life back into a more beautiful and more authentic way of living. I aim to join you on your healing journey, embracing the totality of who you are, welcoming and allowing all parts to exist. I use an integrative approach that centers an inviduals lived experience and the need for felt safety above all else.
Education & Experience
I have my masters in social work from Boston College. My advanced training includes: Level II Pain Reprocessing Therapy with the Pain Psychology Center. Freedom from Chronic Pain Practitioner Training with Dr. Howard Schubiner & Hal Greenham. EMDR Therapist with Trauma Therapy Institute. Currently pursuing advanced EMDR Certification with Trauma Therapy Institute.
