About Me
I’m passionate about creating spaces for all folks to have access to healing and I’m deeply committed to collective liberation. I enjoy partnering with folks who are brave enough to begin or continue the process of therapy. Together, we will work to understand how present obstacles are connected to past experiences and how this may be getting in the way of you living the life you want to live. I'm dedicated to supporting individuals around healing traumas and oppression through a holistic and decolonized lens. My approach tends to combine relational and attachment, client-centered, trauma-based (EMDR), culturally focused approaches, and mindfulness and spirituality. I am to create a safe enough space for exploration, empowerment, creativity, feelings, and movement through a caring therapeutic relationship.
