I offer goal-oriented therapy for clients focused on creating healthy and balanced lives by honoring themselves, identifying tools, and using the strength from within to heal and grow. I love my work and feel honored every day to be let into my clients’ lives.
Education & Experience
I have been in the field since 2005, have a Master of Arts and a Master of Education in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University. I am licensed in California and Illinois.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
In additions to the specialties listed below, I work with betrayal trauma and have found EMDR to be a very effective tool in betrayal recovery.
