About Me

I believe everyone is capable of change and emotional healing, whether you have had a traumatic event or struggled with years of painful patterns of anxiety or depression. Effective therapy may require more than one approach. My strength as a therapist is my insightful, adaptive and individualized approach, accepting you right where you are, and working with the way you are. My interventions include not only EMDR, but talk therapy, CBT, IFS parts work. A compassionate relationship is the foundation of my practice. I provide an open and collaborative space where we can explore your thought patterns, your emotional reactions and behaviors. In a trusting client-therapist relationship, you are better able to discover and implement the changes you seek for yourself. I look forward to helping you.
