Life is full of choices and sometimes it feels too big or just too small. I am a licensed Master of Social Work that provides clinical care that starts with listening to you with curiosity, collaboration, and a strength-based approach that centers on your priorities and journey. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, NLP, and EMDR to meet your individual needs. I provide therapy to individuals, couples/intimate partners, career transitions, life cycle changes, gender, and sexuality identity, living with disabilities, kink, trans, & poly affirming.
