About Me
Nature is healing. Change is inevitable. Stress kills. We live in a world in which we must find balance in order to survive. One thing I have learned through living life was that my setbacks were actually blessings in disguise because it was through those setbacks that I was forced to discover my own inner strength, develop resilience, competence and self-awareness. I am passionate about supporting others through whatever life throws at them as they journey to find out more about themselves and their own inner strength.
Education & Experience
I have been working with children, families and individuals for over a decade as a master’s level therapist. In addition to my EMDR training, I use an attachment and trauma focused approach influenced by an understanding of the Polyvagal Theory and the importance of how unresolved trauma continues to live in our bodies influencing our present functioning, thoughts, and feelings.
