Preferred Name: Elizabeth
About Me
I specialize in working with individuals with complex developmental trauma, child abuse survivors, sexual abuse survivors, attachment trauma, and dissociative disorders. I have trained extensively in learning the latest and most effective techniques for working with these complex issues. In addition to EMDR, I am also an Advanced-level Somatic Experiencing student. As such, I incorporate a lot of somatic techniques into my EMDR practice. When working with dissociation, I incorporate methods from structural dissociation theory.
