About Me
Hi! I’m Liz. After 7 years of working in community mental health, group practice, and forensic settings, I made the leap to private practice. I have been fully trained in EMDR therapy since 2021 and feel it has been monumental in helping people recover from traumatic experiences. I enjoy working with adults from all walks of life and varying backgrounds. In my regular practice I work to allow you a space to heal at your own pace while also providing practical skills for navigating day to day life. During sessions with me, you can expect gentle direction, compassion, humor, and celebration of your milestones.
