About Me
Throughout my social work journey, I have worked with individuals in a variety of settings, including correctional centres, outpatient mental health clinics, community crisis, and inpatient psychiatry. I practice from a non-judgmental and empathetic counselling framework in which all of us have the capacity to change and grow, no matter our background or past trauma. I have seen how EMDR can change lives and I am always expanding my knowledge. I currently provide online and in-person counselling sessions in Edmonton, Alberta.
