About Me
The process of EMDR can be incredibly impactful and life-changing, and I find great meaning in helping clients change, grow, and heal. I enjoy helping clients with a variety of problems, including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, life stress, wok issues, and grief. Sometimes the EMDR journey can be complex and difficult, and my goal is to be with my clients throughout the entire process.
Education & Experience
I completed my MSW in 2013, and the EMDR basic training in 2017. Additional advanced trainings include: EMDR and Treatment of Substance Use Disorders, EMDR with Children, Fourth Summit of EMDR Therapy, Complex Trauma, and Dissociation, Attachment-Focused EMDR, EMDR and the Dance of Attachment
