About Me

The process of EMDR can be incredibly impactful and life-changing, and I thoroughly enjoy helping clients change, grow, and heal. Sometimes the EMDR journey can be complex and difficult, and my goal is to be with my clients throughout the entire process. While the most important part of healing with EMDR is your experience with yourself, I see our relationship as a vital part of this process. With the component of our relationship woven into our work, I use EMDR fully to not only treat distress around past events, but also to help clients with current triggers and future situations that may be difficult.

Education & Experience

I completed my MSW in 2013, and the EMDR basic training in 2017. Additional advanced trainings include: EMDR and Treatment of Substance Use Disorders, EMDR with Children, Fourth Summit of EMDR Therapy, Complex Trauma, and Dissociation, Attachment-Focused EMDR, EMDR and the Dance of Attachment
