Ms. Ellen Fong, RegClr, MBACP
About Me
Ellen aims to pace along with clients through their ups and downs in life. She has a passion to work with youths and couples, encouraging them to be gentle with themselves while also cheering them on with their steps of self-awareness, growth and achievement. She uses her integrated experiences and resources to provide support for families and youths going through crises, mental health stressors, emotional or attachment trauma. She believes in the bio-psycho-social-spiritual model for the care of her clients. In turn, she hopes to leave them feeling empowered and resilient in embracing their life experiences. With her prior counselling experience in the university, community and healthcare settings, Ellen’s outreach encompasses a range of areas that include concerns in adjustments, marital, parenting, caregiving, and mental health. She has journeyed with clients of various ages on interpersonal relationship issues, stress, depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma.
