About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in MN Twin Cities area who works with individuals 18+ who are seeking to navigate concerns relating to trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, family of origin issues and self-esteem. I support clients in exploring familiar patterns in their lives and encourage curiosity, compassion, and humor. Oftentimes people seek out therapy because they are seeking a place to heal, learn and grow. My hope is to create caring and healing spaces for people to learn and grow in. I believe in whole-hearted, non-judgmental and empathic care. For me, building trust as an essential component to cultivating a space that is healing. I strive to move at the pace of trust, encouraging clients to set the pace.
