About Me
As a therapist, I create a safe and compassionate space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to untangle the thoughts and emotions that weigh on you. My approach is collaborative and practical. With 11 years of experience, I work with adults, youths, children, families, and at-risk youth facing challenges from mild stress to severe symptoms. I am bilingual (English/Spanish) and passionate about helping you heal, resolve, and thrive. I am also approved supervisor for LPC/LMFT Residents VA. I specialize in working with clients who face depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, communication challenges, marital/couples issues and more. As an EMDR and TF-CBT certified therapist, I offer specialized treatment for trauma. In our sessions, we’ll work together to develop a personalized plan to address your concerns. Clients often tell me they appreciate my ability to listen deeply, offer honest insight, and provide tools that can be applied in real life—not just in the therapy room. My goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and empowered to create a life that feels meaningful and balanced. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside
