EMDR and Psychodynamic therapist. I completed training through EMDRIA in addition to the Parnell Institute for Attachment-Focused EMDR. I am DBT trained by Dr. Lane Pederson. I provide a holistic approach to therapy with a trauma-informed lens. I work to support individuals with longstanding patterns of interpersonal struggles, mood anxiety disorders, and many other stress-related symptoms. I offer both in-person and online therapy based on client need and availability.
