About Me
As a therapist, I believe healing happens in the context of safe, authentic relationships. I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, complex PTSD, grief, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and challenges related to women's issues and LGBTQ+ identities. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and genuine connection. I draw from a range of evidence-based and holistic modalities, including EMDR, parts work, somatic practices, interpersonal neurobiology, and attachment theory. With a person-centered and trauma-informed foundation, I strive to meet each client exactly where they are, honoring their unique story and inner wisdom. In our work together, you can expect warmth, patience, a touch of humor, and a collaborative space where your goals and experiences are at the center of the process. My hope is to support you in uncovering deeper self-understanding, fostering resilience, and creating meaningful change.
Education & Experience
I completed my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Trinity International University. I currently work in community mental health in Cleveland, Ohio and maintain my own virtual private practice.
