About Me

I’m especially passionate about providing education and support around sex, intimacy, and relationships - topics that are often neglected or surrounded by fear, shame, or misinformation. Many of us grew up with little to no accurate information about our bodies, sexuality, or emotional connection. I want to offer a space where you can safely explore what these things mean for you now, and how they can support your sense of safety, pleasure, and connection. My passion for this work is deeply personal. I grew up in purity culture and know firsthand the confusion, shame, and disconnection it can create around sexuality, relationships, and identity. My own process of deconstructing and rebuilding my spirituality and sexuality has shaped how I show up in the therapy room: with compassion, curiosity, and the belief that nothing about you is “too much” to talk about.
