About Me
I'm passionate about helping people find hope and resilience in the face of life's most difficult moments. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I'm honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward healing. I specialize in using EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, two powerful approaches that help address complex experiences of trauma and grief, along with long-standing patterns of anxiety. These therapies focus on connecting with your body's wisdom to process past experiences and create a more grounded present. In a safe and supportive space, we'll work together to understand your unique needs and develop a plan to help you thrive. I'm here to listen, understand, and empower you to reclaim your narrative.
Education & Experience
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human and Organizational Development and Women’s and Gender Studies with a minor in Child Development from Vanderbilt University. I went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University with a concentration in Gender Violence Intervention.
