About Me
You may find yourself wondering, “How can I stop replaying past hurts in every relationship?” or “Why does this feel so hard for me?” You might feel overwhelmed by emotions or completely numb to them. These experiences are invitations for understanding. Relational connection is part of who we are as human beings. When we experience shame, neglect, or invalidation, we can lose that connection, not only with others, but with ourselves. These painful experiences can shape the way we see the world and leave us feeling fearful, small, angry, or unsure. I help people heal from relational trauma and reconnect with their inherent value. These painful experiences can shape the way we see the world and leave us feeling fearful, small, angry, or unsure. I help people heal from relational trauma and reconnect with their inherent value. Many therapists are trained to remain neutral, to act as a “blank slate.” While this can create certain kinds of safety, it can also make it difficult to reach the deeper, more meaningful layers of healing. My approach is different. I bring my self into the room. Talking with someone who truly listens, feels, and connects with you can be transformative. I believe the relationship we build together in therapy isn’t just part of the healing process, it’s where healing can truly begin. Clients who work with me can leave behind unwanted behaviors, dismantle deeply held negative self-beliefs, heal unmet childhood needs, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that know their worth.
