About Me

I do not know more about your pain than you. I see the process of therapy as a collaborative alliance. My hope is that you will feel supported in expressing yourself honestly and authentically as we work together toward your goals. Fundamentally, I believe that the wisdom inherent in your lived experiences is vital to the process of discovery, meaning, and growth. And, I’m deeply honored to do this work alongside you.
