About Me
I provide a safe and supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. Using evidence-based practices and a compassionate approach, I meet you where you are to help you navigate life’s challenges. Together, we work on building effective communication, managing symptoms, and developing tools to foster growth and resilience. Clients often share that working with me feels like talking to a friend—someone who listens deeply and helps them explore life with professional insight. My goal is to support and empower you on your journey to healing and personal growth. I’m extremely passionate about EMDR and use it with most of my clients, as I’ve seen the powerful impact it can have on healing trauma, shifting unhelpful patterns, and fostering lasting change. As someone who has done my own trauma therapy, I deeply respect how vulnerable this work can be and bring a grounded, empathetic presence to the therapy space. Being from a diverse city like New York has given me a deep appreciation for different cultures and experiences, which I bring into my work as a therapist. Now living in Tennessee, I create an inclusive, affirming space for all, including the LGBTQIA+ community. As someone with ADHD, I personally relate to the challenges of neurodivergence and use this understanding to connect deeply with my clients. My approach is compassionate yet direct—I believe in addressing challenges openly and collaboratively, empowering you with tools and strategies to achieve meaningful growth and healing.
