About Me

I am an EMDR-Certified mental health therapist and EMDR Consultant-In-Training who works with individuals and adolescents. I provide EMDR and EMDR intensives in order to help clients heal from trauma and anxiety. I particularly love EMDR intensives because we have the opportunity to create fast, profound, healing results. I approach counseling with exceptional compassion, curiosity, and thoughtfulness. I believe Black lives matter and social justice is of core importance to therapy. I welcome and empower LGBTQIA+ clients. I inspire change and growth in my clients with gentle encouragement, evidenced-based practices, and humor. I offer support to people with relational, career, creative, and personal challenges through a trauma-informed lens. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to help clients overcome anxiety, depression, or attachment challenges in order to help make life dreams come true. I enjoy acting, filmmaking, and comedy in my spare time. Seeking counseling is an act of bravery—I am here to travel alongside you.
