About Me
I’m a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the stress of modern life. I specialize in working with millennials and modern couples facing relationship challenges, life transitions, and the effects of past trauma. Using approaches like the Gottman Method, IFS, and EMDR, I offer compassionate, practical support to help you build stronger connections, heal from the past, and feel more grounded in your life.
