Erica Dean, LMFT, PMH-C
Transitioning through life can feel challenging, especially when we're not sure of our ability to handle changes with confidence. Difficulty navigating changes can negatively impact our relationship with ourselves and others. Erica works with children, young adult, and adult clients who are struggling with ineffective patterns that impede their quality of life. In therapy, Erica support clients in discovering effective strategies to manage distressing emotions, cope with current stressors, gain insights, and build resilience. She embraces a collaborative approach to understand client's histories and the patterns they would like to shift. Erica draws from different modalities she has been trained in, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to support clients with trauma, transitions, anxiety, attachment, depression, perinatal mood disorders, and grief. She especially enjoys working with prenatal and postpartum individuals and families. Her therapeutic style is warm and energetic.
