About Me
My path to becoming a therapist began with my own journey through anxiety, trauma, and surviving domestic violence. These experiences taught me that healing begins with safety, compassion, and self-understanding. Traveling the world deepened my empathy and belief in our capacity to grow and heal, no matter the past. As a trauma-informed therapist, I help teens and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, and overwhelm using EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness. My approach is compassionate, direct, and rooted in holistic mind-body healing. I’m affirming of neurodivergent experiences, including ADHD, autism, and high sensitivity. Together, we’ll rebuild resilience, strengthen self-trust, and create balance for a calmer, more grounded life.
Education & Experience
I received my Masters in Social Work at Boston College. Most of my experience has been working with clientele that are neurodivergent and have experienced trauma. I also have a tremendous amount of experience working with youth and adults that have complex trauma.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations
I am a member of the EMDRIA institute and a returned peace corps volunteer!
