About Me

I am a licensed professional counselor currently working in private practice. I have been doing EMDR therapy with individuals since I was trained in 2015, and became certified this April/2021. I work with individuals ages 15 and up. I am excited to have the opportunity to help more individuals heal through following the EMDR protocol.

Education & Experience

I earned a Masters Degree in Counselor Education from Virginia Tech in 2005. I have experience working with adolescents and adults treating substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and trauma.
