About Me

Licensed as a clinical counselor in 2003, over 20 years ago, and trained in EMDR by EMDRIA (2008-2009), I bring a tremendous amount of experience and specialized training to clients (child, teen, adult) seeking quick relief and lasting healing from the effects of trauma. If you are struggling with chronic stress, PTSD, developmental trauma, or dissociation, there is a path forward! My practice is a safe space for child, teen, and adult survivors of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse; neglect; domestic violence; abandonment; estrangement; disrupted attachment and family issues. At Brainwork Healing Center™, we believe that brain-based problems require brain-based solutions. My approach goes beyond standard talk therapy by integrating genuine, high fidelity EMDR with a deep understanding of neuroscience. As a Level II Train-the-Trainer in the Neurosequential Model (NMT™), I use EMDR alongside brain-based strategies to heal the neurobiological roots of trauma, offering a more comprehensive and quicker path to recovery. Treatment works! Your healing journey can start today. For more information about my approach or to schedule a free consultation, please visit my website or send an email.
