About Me
I work with both children and adults and have expertise in early childhood mental health, parenting, attachment, dissociation, developmental trauma, and PTSD/Complex PTSD treatment. I use evidence-based practices, such as EMDR and The Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics™ to help both the brain and body repair from the effects of stress and trauma. Education & Experience
I am a master's level Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory status. I have 20 years of experience in residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings working with complex PTSD and developmental trauma. Most of my work has been with children and adolescents, but I work with adults as well. I was certified in EMDR in 2009 and in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics in 2015. I have expertise in early childhood mental health, parenting, attachment, dissociation, developmental trauma, and PTSD/Complex PTSD treatment.

EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Program: Buckeye Trauma Response Network I am currently volunteering to assist individuals with missing loved ones from the Lāhainā, Maui August 2023 fire.
