About Me

I’m Erin and I thrive helping teens, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, who are dealing with anxiety, life transitions, boundaries, childhood or relationship trauma, family conflicts, self-love, and reclaiming control of their lives. I will help you find confidence, happiness, and fulfillment to better understand yourself. In our sessions, we will focus on emotional processing by helping you identify, understand, and feel your emotions. While I bring mental health expertise we will work collaboratively, with you guiding our understanding of your experiences, you will have control in our sessions, deciding each week what to focus on. This will be a long-term journey of exploration and healing. Although we will address short-term stressors, this process is not a quick fix and will take time. In my practice, I offer a safe and inclusive space for clients to explore and process life events while fostering a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship. Drawing on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused, and a Feminist perspective, I strive to help clients develop coping strategies, gain insights, and achieve their therapeutic goals.
