About Me

I am a mom of four and have been married to my husband, my partner of 20 years, who continues to be my steady support. Outside of my work, I find joy in hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and never missing a daily walk with my dog. I value time outdoors, whether working in the yard, sleeping under the stars, or diving into a cold lake. I also love traveling, home projects, and gathering with family for card games. As a parent, I stay active in every stage of my children’s lives—currently that means late nights, sports schedules, and the beautiful chaos of a busy home. These experiences keep me grounded in the realities of family life and the joys and challenges that come with it. Professionally, it is both a privilege and an honor to serve as an EMDR therapist. Bearing witness to the courage of my clients has taught me deeply about my own humanity, and their resilience continues to inspire and strengthen me. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, respect, and a belief in the capacity for healing and growth.
