About Me
I offer a warm, confidential space where you can speak openly, feel truly heard, and begin to regain a sense of control in your life. My goal is to support you in moving from simply surviving to genuinely thriving. I specialize in helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and major life changes. I'm certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP), and the Incredible Years Parenting Program. I am currently working toward my EMDR certification. Using evidence-based, client-centered approaches, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals. Reaching out for help can be difficult—but it’s a courageous and empowering first step toward healing. I’m here to guide and walk alongside you every step of the way. Client Focus: *I work with clients on an individual basis (ages 12 and up).

I received my Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley. I then obtained my Master of Arts at Pepperdine University in Clinical Psychology (with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy).
