About Me
One thing that I always find most impactful is someone becoming empowered to move towards freedom and healing. I strongly believe that when we are able to grow into having a more positive relationship with ourselves, we are able to reach our goals. I am passionate about helping individuals who are facing a variety of difficulties that may be related to childhood, disconnection from either yourself or your daily life, or significant distressing experiences. I have counseling experience with adults and adolescents in a range of environments from intensive partial hospitalization to long-term outpatient settings, in both individual and group therapy. I’m currently able to accept clients ages 10+. I strive to be fully present with you in every session. My approach in our relationship incorporates the connection between mind, body, and spirit to foster integrated healing. When you need support, I provide a nurturing environment for development and growth.
