About Me

You don’t have to perform or be anything other than human with me. Together, we’ll work towards relief, clarity, and self-understanding to empower you. I strive to be fully present with you in every session. My approach in our relationship incorporates the connection between mind, body, and spirit to foster integrated healing. When you need support, I provide a nurturing environment for development and growth where you can come home to yourself. Clients often come to me after hitting a wall with other therapists or approaches. In our work together, they’ve finally felt movement, connection, and the beginning of real healing. I have counseling experience with adults and adolescents ages 10+ in a range of environments from partial hospitalization to outpatient settings, in both individual and group therapy. In addition to my work with childhood and adulthood trauma, I help clients with experiences of: -Disconnection from yourself or other people - reestablishing connection with yourself and overcoming feelings of estrangement -Complex PTSD - healing from childhood trauma and understanding its effects -Crippling anxiety & panic attacks - finding calm amid anxiety and panic -Difficult relationships - exploring conflicts and improving communication to foster connection -Addictions & disordered eating - addressing the root causes of addictions, disordered eating, and eating disorders -Grief & loss, including pregnancy loss - finding hope along the journey of grief and processing the emotional impact -Recent or ongoing traumatic experiences - managing the aftermath of current or recent trauma -Dissociative disorders - empowering support for navigating dissociative experiences of life I offer in-depth EMDR Intensive sessions as well as individual therapy. The EMDR Intensive sessions are for you if you are: seeking an accelerated approach, wanting to process a significantly distressing event or multiple past traumas, working alongside your current therapist, or just need more time than a typical session. EMDR Intensive sessions can range from 3 to 8 hours, as a one-time experience or series of intensives. I spend time getting to know you during an intake session, then we individualize the structure and topics together to uniquely fit you. One thing that I always find most impactful is someone becoming empowered to move towards freedom and healing. I strongly believe that when we are able to grow into having a more positive relationship with ourselves, we are able to reach our goals. I’m here when you’re ready.
