About Me
I am dedicated to supporting Black women who often feel the pressure to be perfect and constantly seek to please others through a journey of reclaiming their voice, especially in the aftermath of trauma, both in personal and professional spheres. Many times they have been shaped by the challenges of their family history. My deepest commitment is to help them reconnect with their own unique voices and empower them to thrive in their personal and professional relationships. I understand the unique challenges that arise when trauma silences your voice. Whether it's in your workplace or within your personal relationships, this can lead to feelings of powerlessness, struggle in decision-making, and a sense of being overlooked. These challenges can be even more pronounced for those who have experienced trauma. My goal is to not only help you regain your voice but also to untangle the patterns that have not benefitted you, fostering a renewed sense of trust in your own thoughts and emotions. My priority is to provide a secure and compassionate space where you can freely express yourself without fear of judgment. To me, the therapeutic relationship is both sacred and cultural.
