About Me

I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in the treatment of autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I currently work at Long Island Behavioral Health where I provide individual psychotherapy to individuals across the lifespan, both in-person and virtually. I have completed Level One Hypnosis training from the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and G-TEP/R-TEP training by CONNECT. I integrate hypnosis and EMDR to enhance therapeutic outcomes, utilizing the strengths of both modalities to address complex trauma and other mental health concerns. I am a consultant in training with expertise in EMDR therapy, offering discounted consultation services to mental health care professionals who are interested in incorporating EMDR into their practice. During our sessions, we will explore case conceptualization, identify targets for EMDR, and work through any challenges you may encounter in the EMDR process. My goal is to support you in developing your skills as an EMDR therapist and help you provide the highest quality care to your clients. If you are interested in learning more about my EMDR consultation services and taking advantage of my discounted rates, please contact me today to schedule your first session.
