About Me
Are you struggling with emotional reactivity or numbness or feeling unseen or misunderstood? You may have some ideas about why that happens, or you may be seeking some answers. Despite types of issues or where you are in the process of self-discovery, therapy work can help you regain confidence and serenity. Many of my clients discover or realize their life direction through the process and have said that the experience is quite empowering. My specialty lies in issues rooted in cultural adjustment, identity development, and other traumatic experiences that might have impacted one's 'sense of self.' I often utilize structured trauma healing modalities such as EMDR in conjunction with a mindfulness approach. I also offer half to multi-day EMDR (or progressive counting) intensives.
