About Me
My specialty lies in issues rooted in cultural adjustment, identity development, and other traumatic experiences that might have impacted one's 'sense of self.' I often utilize structured trauma healing modalities such as EMDR in conjunction with a mindfulness approach. I also offer half to multi-day EMDR (or progressive counting) intensives.
