About Me
I am an EMDR-certified therapist, specializing in helping adults heal from trauma, whether experienced in childhood or adulthood. EMDR is my primary therapeutic approach, and I work with individuals who are ready to embark on the journey of healing, particularly those who may have found limited progress with other therapy modalities and are new to EMDR. I often work with clients in caregiving roles, both personally and professionally, and have specialized experience supporting medical professionals as well as women navigating pregnancy and the postpartum period. I offer intensive therapy sessions (2-3 hours) for clients on a case by case basis. I offer virtual therapy to clients living in Maine and Massachusetts. Maine clients: I do not accept insurance and do offer superbills to be submitted to insurance for reimbursement if client's have out of network benefits. Massachusetts clients: I do accept some insurances (United, Harvard Pilgrim, Optum, Aetna) and otherwise offer superbills if clients have out of network benefits
