About Me

I am a neurodiverse, queer, intersex therapist living on the Oregon coast. I live as a system of parts and will nerd out about dissociation any day. We are queer educators, speakers, and community advocates. It's my joy to provide affirming care in Oregon to many ages and demographics, but especially clients who are: neurodiverse, lgbtq+ , a loved one learning to support this, or anyone who is struggling to trust themselves and live their truth. I am survivor who found my voice and internal compass again through EMDR. I am privileged to walk along with my clients as they go through their own journeys of healing and falling in love with all parts of themselves. I believe in strength based, holistic, somatic and attachment-based care. Much of what I do Is EMDR based and, depending on the needs of the client, may involve somatic processing, sandtray, art, grounding, mindful meditation, collaborative problem solving, parts work, and more. In my own work the things I find useful are grounding, art, and mindfully communicating with the different parts of myself. I look forward to helping you explore what works for you or your family member.
