About Me

I have been working in the counseling field with children, adolescents, families, and adults who have experienced developmental and complex trauma since 1971. Initially, my work was with high-risk youth. Today I primarily work with children, adolescents, and adults or couples. In each case, my clients have been impacted by trauma. For example, couples who grew up in an alcoholic family bring their past trauma into their relationship or parenting.
