About Me

As a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I provide culturally responsive, affirming therapy in English and Spanish. I work with adults and seniors, focusing on serving the Spanish-speaking community. I have extensive experience across public and nonprofit settings, working with individuals from a wide range of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I am also attuned to how systems of oppression and marginalization can affect mental health, and I will integrate that awareness into our work together. I primarily utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), two evidence-based modalities that support healing, growth, and greater psychological flexibility. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or identity-related concerns, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel empowered and understood.
