About Me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Bergen County, New Jersey, with active licenses in New York, Massachusetts, Florida, and Wisconsin. My practice is centered on trauma recovery, with advanced trainings Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). For nearly a decade, I’ve helped adults heal from the impact of childhood trauma, attachment injuries, and overwhelming life events that continue to affect their daily lives. Many of my clients are survivors of generational trauma, professionals navigating burnout and perfectionism, or individuals struggling with anxiety, shame, and self-doubt rooted in past experiences. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in EMDR to help clients resolve painful memories, reduce distressing symptoms, and reclaim a stronger sense of safety, resilience, and self-trust.
